By 2004, OSQS had significantly expanded its service and consulting offerings to meet the demands of our reseller clients. It was at this time that OSQS also began providing legal support services directly to corporations and law firms. In offering our services directly to these clients, OSQS was able to deliver the same high-quality work-product with greater efficiency and at superior cost-savings.
OSQS quickly grew in size and experience. Our team currently consists of 20 full-time attorneys and an additional 30 attorneys under contract on a project-basis, all of whom are graduates of top law schools and have extensive experience in the LPO and BPO markets; 400 coders and skilled support staff; several project managers, including Six Sigma certified black belts and Kaizen-trained quality control and assurance specialists; and numerous IT and security professionals. Over the years, OSQS also has developed strong partnerships with well-respected third-party vendors who bring to the LPO industry specific area expertise. These vendors, regardless of their location, experience and area of specialty, undergo a rigorous vetting process. This process requires that, among other things, the vendor has no conflicts of interest, employs stringent security and privacy safeguards, complies with all applicable laws, and utilizes industry best practices.
